About Organize Pages
Reordering pages is the fiddly part of assembling a document. A signature page ends up at the back, an appendix belongs after section three rather than at the end, and a duplex scan has come out interleaved in the wrong sequence.
This tool lays every page out as a thumbnail you can drag, so you can organize a PDF in one place. Move pages around, rotate any that came in sideways, duplicate one that needs to appear twice, and delete what should not be there, all in one pass instead of running three separate tools.
Nothing is committed until you download. The arrangement on screen is a plan, and the new PDF is built from it when you are ready, so you can experiment freely and the original file is never touched.
Pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so a reordered document is the same quality as the one you started with. Mixed page sizes are preserved individually, which matters when a landscape spreadsheet sits inside an otherwise portrait report.
How to organize pages
- Load the PDF
Drop the file in and every page appears as a draggable thumbnail.
- Rearrange
Drag pages into the order you want. Rotate, duplicate or delete any of them from the same view.
- Build the new file
Download when the layout looks right. The original stays untouched on your disk.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reorder and rotate at the same time?
Yes, that is the point of this tool. Doing both in one pass avoids exporting an intermediate file and reloading it, which is what separate tools force you into.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes. Duplicating copies the page object, so the copy is identical in quality and adds very little to the file size because shared resources are not duplicated with it.
Does reordering affect quality?
No. Pages are moved, not redrawn. Text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
Will this fix a double sided scan that came out in the wrong order?
It can, but Interleave PDFs is built for that case specifically. If your scanner produced one file of fronts and one of backs, interleaving is one click rather than manual dragging.
